MIRO浙江茗熔电器保护系统有限公司位于中国浙江省美丽的雁荡山山麓，现有职工450名，占地面积 12000m2，是中国最早从事熔断器及电器保护系统的专业生产厂家之一。

专业的模具制造中心
MIRO茗熔拥有强大的模具制造中心，专业的模具设计制造工程师队伍，精密的模具制造设备，模具精度可达到0.002毫米，可以完全自主设计制造塑料模具和五金模具。主要的设备有：大型CNC、慢走丝、电脉冲、数控车、铣床、线切割。

自主的零部件制造车间
MIRO茗熔拥有自己的塑胶零部件车间和五金冲压车间。共有各种规格注塑机15台及3台热压机，最大注塑机450吨，可完全满足各种式样的塑料制品生产制作需求。有各种五金模具3000余套，快速冲床3台（快速冲床每分钟可冲压200次，如生产圆筒帽型的触头，每分钟可加工600个零件），大型铣床1台，63吨和80吨冲床各1台，其它冲床25台，可以更好的掌控产品质量，灵活的生产加工安排，更好的满足客户需求。

灵活高效的生产装配线
MIRO茗熔拥有13条常规生产装配线，可以实现不同产品同时生产、快速交货。对于VIP客户MIRO茗熔还会设立专线为客户订制产线，保证客户订单专线管理、来料的专区管理、技术专业管理、人员专人管理等。常规产品如RT18-32系列生产能力达单班5千。生产能力足，效能高。

国内外先进的生产设备
除自我研发制造了专用工具，MIRO茗熔还引进国内外先进的专业生产制造设备、自动化设备、检测设备、现有设备600余台/套，其中大型设备38套。近年来MIRO茗熔公司加大了对自动化设备的投入，例如圆筒帽型熔断器生产线、圆筒帽型底座生产线，都采用了自动化生产线，大大的提高了产能和产品品质的稳定性。

Mingrong was located in Wenzhou city of Zhejiang province in China.
The company was founded in 1981, which formerly named Mingdong Fuse Factory.
In 1997, Mingdong changed its name to Mingrong.
In 2008, company joint venture with Carbone Lorraine, established Zhejiang Mingrong Electrical Protection Co.,Ltd(for short MIRO).
In 2011, Mingrong was wholly owned by Mersen Group, and became the first foreign enterprise in Yueqing.

As one of the earliest professional manufacturers of fuse and electrical protection in China, Mingrong changed from the original private enterprise, into a French-invested company, now is a member of Mersen EPC BU.
Company employs 450 staffs, and covers an area of 12000m2 with six buildings,
in which three of them used in factory production, and other three used for staff accommodation.
 
Mold processing center
Mingrong has a strong mold manufacturing center, professional team of mold designing and manufacturing engineers,precision mold manufacturing equipment which accuracy reaches 0.002mm.
Mingrong can completely design and manufacture plastic mold and metal mold on our own.
All available molds are designed and manufactured independently.

Injection workshop
Mingrong has its own plastic parts workshop, with 15 injection mold machines and 3 hot presses.
The largest injection mold machine weighs 450 tons.
They can completely meet all kinds of plastic-parts producing’s and processing’s requirements.

Stamping workshop
We have our own metal stamping workshop, with more than 3000 sets hardware mold, three quick punches, one large milling machine, one 63-tons quick punch, one 80-tons quick punch, and other twenty-five punches.
The quick punch can stamp 200 times per minute. With these devices, we can strictly control the quality of products, flexibly arrange production, and better meet customer’s demand.

Assembly workshop & Equipment
There are 13 conventional production assembly lines, which can produce different products at the same time, and achieve the fast delivery.Recent years, we have invested more to automation equipment,such as cylindrical fuse link line and cylindrical fuse holder line.In addition to the research and development of self-made special tools,
 
Mingrong also brings in the domestic and foreign advanced professional manufacturing equipment, automation equipment, and inspection equipment.
There are more than 600 sets of equipment, of which 38 sets of large equipment.
These can greatly improve the productivity and the stability of product quality.
